Attendee Qualifications
The forum is a private, invitation only event for Government Agencies, Service Providers and Enterprises (in Corporate/Mid Management,
CTO/CIOs/Heads/Directors of Sales / Marketing / Wholesale, Product Management, Network Design, Peering/Interconnect, Architect,
Engineering or IT.) Vendors are not permited, with the exception: (a) they are speakers; and/or (b) their sponsorship packages permits.
Due to limited seating, registration is limited to three people per organization. For additional registration, please contact us.
Registration is subject to approval by Stealth Communications.
Press Information
Limited availability; press passes will only be issued to members of the Working Media who are also members of editorial staffs.
Press passes will not be issued to non-editorial staff, equity analysts or to PR firms.

Substitution and Cancellation/Refund Policy
Paid registrations may be transferred to a substitute attendee that falls in the same registration category. All substitution requests must be
submitted in writing via email to info@stealth.net. Substitutions received after Friday, May 30 are subject to an administrative fee of $50.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@stealth.net. Cancellations received by Friday, May 30 are subject to a
$100 administrative fee. No refunds will be made after Friday, May 30 2008.
