All scheduled meetings by this system will be held in the Nikko Ballroom (3rd Floor). The system will assign a table number for your meeting. The Nikko Ballroom is available for these and other un-scheduled meetings at the following times:
Monday, June 23	07:30 to 08:45
Monday, June 23	15:00 to 19:00
Tuesday, June 24	07:30 to 09:30
Tuesday, June 24	14:00 to 16:00

Steps on setting up a meeting: #1: Click "Schedule Meeting" button. #2: Select a company. #3: Select an attendee. #4: To add more, repeat steps 2 & 3. #5: Enter a short meeting subject. #6: Select a Date/Location. #7: Select the meeting start time. #8: Select the length of your meeting. #9: Click "Schedule Meeting" button. You are done! You will be notified when your party accepts or declines the meeting request.
