Arleen Elliott, Director, LIDB Engineering and Consulting at Telcordia Technologies, has over 35 years of telecommunications experience in the areas of Marketing, Sales, Project Management, Strategic Planning and Regulatory.  She facilitates the National LIDB Product Team and the LIDB Engineering and Administration Forum (LEAF).  Arleen currently consults for a number of carriers and suppliers on a wide range of network database matters that are market-focused, operational or technical in nature. Before joining Bellcore at divestiture, Mrs. Elliott held a variety of management positions at Michigan Bell Telephone Company. She was transferred from Michigan Bell to AT&T to head up the national effort to implement charging for Directory Assistance.  Prior to her current assignment at Telcordia, she was involved with Operator Services, 800 Data Base Service, and service concept development. Mrs. Elliott holds a BA in Social Science from Michigan State University and a MBA from Pace University.
