Bob Erdman is a Product Manager in the service provider voice marketing group at Cisco Systems where he focuses on transit, business voice, and contact center VoIP applications.  During the past 7 years at Cisco, he helped drive the PSTN gateway architecture and the PGW 2200 Softswitch product.  Prior to joining Cisco, he worked for a number of years in both Germany and the US at Alcatel and Siemens. Bob has a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Clarkson University.
