K.C. Halm is a Partner with Davis Wright Tremaine, LLP in its Washington, D.C. office.
K.C. counsels competitive telecommunications (CLECs), Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), and broadband service providers on a wide range of telecommunications competition and broadband policy matters, including interconnection, use of number resources, intercarrier compensation, licensing and tariff obligations. K.C. possesses particular expertise in the negotiation, arbitration, and litigation of interconnection, traffic exchange, and intercarrier compensation arrangements on behalf of competitive telecommunications and VoIP providers. A cum laude graduate of American University Law School, K.C. has also held positions as a staff member for the U.S. Senate Finance Committee, and with the international consulting firm of KPMG, LLC, now known as BearingPoint, Inc. |
