Paul currently serves as Senior Manager in Sprint’s Access Strategy group, responsible for voice peering, Ethernet access alternative backhaul, and regulatory support. His strategy group is focusing on reshaping the access cost landscape for both voice routing and dedicated access. Paul has also held leadership positions at Sprint in the areas of access network planning, software development, and product development. He has a Bachelors degree in economics and a Masters in Business Administration, both from the University of Kansas. |
