As Voxbone’s co-founder and CEO, Rodrigue Ullens is responsible for directing operations and partnerships with leading telecommunications carriers around the world. Previous to founding Voxbone, Rodrigue founded Mobile Services, a Brussels based highly specialized telecommunications consulting firm. During four years the company provided advise, trainings and seminars to leading European carriers such as Vodafone subsidiary Proximus, KPN, France Telecom, Orange, as well as to several European governments. Rodrigue received a B.S of Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Louvain.
